This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and growing hotel & lifestyle brand. As a Bellboy, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, welcoming them upon arrival, and ensuring a smooth transition to their rooms while providing a warm and professional service.
You will be working at OKU’s newest luxurious location, opening in May 2025 in Bodrum, Turkey. This hands-on role invites you to be part of an award-winning brand known for its commitment to quality and excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms, providing essential information about hotel amenities and services.
Handle luggage transportation efficiently during check-in and check-out.
Assist with guest requests such as storing or retrieving luggage from the baggage room.
Ensure smooth and professional handling of VIP guest arrivals and departures.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and luggage storage areas.
Assist guests with transportation needs, including valet parking requests.
Deliver messages, packages, and newspapers to guest rooms when required.
Be knowledgeable about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guest inquiries.
Monitor lobby conditions and report any maintenance or housekeeping needs.
Follow all hotel safety and security procedures.
Work closely with the Front Office and Concierge team to enhance guest experience.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Bell Captain or Front Office Manager.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Ability to carry and transport luggage efficiently.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a courteous manner.
Fluency in Turkish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
Physically fit and able to handle standing or walking for extended periods.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
