GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree preferably in Tourism / Hospitality or related subjects
· Experience in related position and five stars hotels at least 2 years
· Good communicational skills of English
· Usage of communication skills effectively and expression of himself very well
· Successful in human relations and attentive in appearence
· Considering guest satisfaction and quality at the highest level
· Prone to team work
· Energetic, positive, passionate and in love with profession
· Having a Driving Licence (B)
· Careful and knowing/following traffic rules
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Constantly communicating with guests upon arrival and departure and taking care of them
· Maintaining and acting in accordance with the established and implemented hotel standards while fully performing the assigned duties
· Ensuring the taxi coordination and assisting to guests when it is necessary
· Securing cars at the front door and ensuring valet receipts are provided
· Maintaining visible distance close to the front door and reception
· Minimizing negativities during the operation by attending daily briefings
· Assisting guests with the check-in procedure
· Complete and report on work-related issues that do not exceed the capacity of the person coming from the Management and Department Manager.
· Having general knowledge about the city and assisting guests when asked about it.
· Making necessary decisions and using initiative while performing their duties.
