Key Responsibilities:
- Fluent communication in English (additional languages preferred).
- Coordinate with international patients before, during, and after their medical procedures.
- Track patients' surgery processes, providing regular updates and follow-ups.
- Manage hospital and clinic operations and ensure seamless patient care.
- Organize patient transfers between the airport, hotel, and hospital.
- Ensure patient satisfaction by providing compassionate support throughout their medical journey.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in patient coordination, ideally within dental or medical clinics.
- Fluent in English (an additional language is a plus).
- Completed military service (for male candidates).
- B-class driver's license and ability to drive.
- Ability to work year-round and adapt to flexible working hours.
