What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department (preferably Industrial Engineering).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing techniques (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, etc.).
Ability to read technical drawings and perform productivity analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Residing on the European side of Istanbul.
For male candidates, military service must be completed.
Fluent in English.
General Mission of the Position
This is a multi-task role that involves continuous improvement activities and process optimization. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for driving productivity and efficiency improvements in line with our company’s lean manufacturing principles.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement work themes for continuous improvement.
Conduct method and time efficiency studies.
Update and maintain production routes in the system.
Carry out line balancing, process consolidation, and value stream mapping.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, etc.) for process optimization.
Analyze and report on productivity and process improvements regularly.
Organize production areas to enhance efficiency.
Lead activities aimed at reducing costs and increasing productivity.
Create and maintain accurate reports on process improvements.
Prepare necessary documentation such as procedures and technical instructions.
