Job Description:
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented QHSE Manager to lead the Quality and HSE activities across both office and factory operations for our business partner which is the global leader in its industry. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with international standards while fostering a zero-accident culture in line with companies values and sustainability goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QHSE Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Conduct regular QHSE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, risks, and non-conformities.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; determine root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Design and deliver QHSE training programs across all organizational levels.
- Monitor and report on key QHSE performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adherence to national regulations and global QHSE standards.
- Represent the company in external QHSE forums and industry associations.
- Stay updated with the latest HSE regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Lead both incoming and outgoing quality control processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Project teams to ensure seamless QHSE integration in all operations.
- Engage effectively with global stakeholders and attend review meetings with international counterparts.
- Work closely with all departments and embody a proactive, collaborative, and culturally aligned approach.
- Promote and sustain a zero-accident culture, maintaining strong internal and external relationships focused on safety.
- Oversee quality requirements for customized production based on customer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, with at least 4–5 years in team or operations management.
- Proven experience in Quality and/or HSE Management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Ability to manage a diverse team and external consultants.
- Culturally sensitive, team-oriented, and aligned with global standards and practices.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
