Responsibilities
- Establishing the necessary organization for preparing the annual investment budget.
- Leading the entire process, from the feasibility studies of investment projects to the commissioning of the facilities.
- Ensuring the development of projects that will provide cost and efficiency advantages, managing the approval process.
- Planning, organizing, and concluding the project activities included in the approved investment budget.
- Creating and monitoring appropriate indicators to track the effectiveness of investment activities, analyzing deviations, and planning and managing corrective actions.
- Creating, executing, and following up on tender processes, ensuring the follow-up of feasibility, specifications, and tender documents.
- Ensuring the management of internal and external supplier processes.
Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate from the Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Departments of Engineering Faculties at universities.
- Preferably have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Project and Investment function in the FMCG sector.
- Have advanced knowledge of MS Office and MS Project applications.
- Possess knowledge and skills in using computer-aided design and drawing programs (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Able to use E-capex.
- Have knowledge of technical drawing, design, and construction.
- Have advanced English reading/writing/comprehension skills.
- No restrictions on travel.
