We are currently looking for a " Corporate Finance Specialist " for Aydem Holding with the following qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with corporate finance, investment banking, valuation, or financial advisory
  • Well-developed analytical thinking and planning skills, enjoy working with numbers and data, ability to collaborate effectively, and familiarity with financial concepts and terms
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinating the execution of strategic capital financing projects (e.g., M&A, bond issuance, IPO transactions)
  • Preparing necessary documentation and reports for creditors
  • Ensuring the reasonable progression of process and coordinating activities with group companies, lenders, lawyers, and other advisors
  • Evaluating financial/commercial metrics and conducting debt covenant analyses
  • Preparing necessary documents and ensuring effective reporting to lenders
  • Consolidating cash flow budgeting for group companies
  • Developing financial models for EBITDA and cash flow tracking
