We are currently looking for a " Corporate Finance Specialist " for Aydem Holding with the following qualifications;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with corporate finance, investment banking, valuation, or financial advisory
- Well-developed analytical thinking and planning skills, enjoy working with numbers and data, ability to collaborate effectively, and familiarity with financial concepts and terms
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinating the execution of strategic capital financing projects (e.g., M&A, bond issuance, IPO transactions)
- Preparing necessary documentation and reports for creditors
- Ensuring the reasonable progression of process and coordinating activities with group companies, lenders, lawyers, and other advisors
- Evaluating financial/commercial metrics and conducting debt covenant analyses
- Preparing necessary documents and ensuring effective reporting to lenders
- Consolidating cash flow budgeting for group companies
- Developing financial models for EBITDA and cash flow tracking
