QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
“Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage to join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing all F&B operations and day-to-day activities while adhering to budget guidelines and ensuring high service standards.
* Support in maintaining excellent levels of service for internal and external guests.
* Proactively identifying guests’ needs and assisting in responding to all concerns.
* Support the Director in attracting, recruiting, training, and evaluating talented personnel.
* Assist in establishing targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Contribute to cost control and financial performance by supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in budget management.
* Assist in coordinating F&B operations during peak periods to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements and Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality.
* Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
* Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Fidelio PMS, Micros Material Control, and MS Office).
* Awareness of cost control and the ability to adhere to budgets.
* Guest-oriented and service-minded.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
* Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate effectively.
* Up-to-date with food and beverage trends and best practices.
