Temmuz 2003’te kurulan Sürat Kargo, işleyişinde gerçekleştirdiği hızlı değişimlerle müşterisini ve yenilikçiliği her zaman ön planda tutarak bugün sektörün en önemli oyuncuları arasındaki yerini aldı.
Sürat Kargo olarak; 800’den fazla şubesi, 16 bölge müdürlüğü, 25 aktarma merkezi, 2 binden fazla mobil dağıtım alanı, binlerce araçtan oluşan filosu ve 8 binden fazla uzman çalışanıyla gönderileri Türkiye’nin dört bir köşesine güvenle taşıyoruz. Gerçekleştirdiğimiz iş birliktelikleri ile müşterilerimizin gönderilerini dünyanın 220’den fazla ülke ve bölgesine ulaştırıyor, yatırımlarımıza hiç ara vermeden her geçen gün büyümeye devam ediyoruz.
Yolculuğumuzda süratimize sürat katarak devam ederken Genel Müdürlüğümüzde görev almak üzere Business Inteligence Analyst arıyoruz.
· Gain a deep understanding of the data requirements of the company and conduct data analysis to fulfill business needs.
· Collaborate closely with various business units and the management team to identify data analysis project requirements and determine the datasets to be analyzed
· Explore and assess data sources, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the data for analysis purposes.
· Create and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to provide valuable insights and support the decision-making process
· Employ statistical methods and data visualization techniques to analyze complex datasets and identify patterns, trends, and correlations
· Effectively communicate and present findings from data analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
· Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and actionable solutions for business challenges
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics tools and techniques
· Assist in the implementation and maintenance of business intelligence systems and tools
· Bachelor degree in engineering, statistics, MIS or equivalent.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid background in data management, analysis, and reporting.
· Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies being advantageous.
· Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes would be highly desirable.
· Proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools and technologies, including data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting.
· Proven track record in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields
· Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
· Demonstrated proficiency in MS SQL & MongoDB, as well as experience working with databases and data warehouses.
· Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and principles of data modeling
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
· Understanding of data privacy and security regulations and best practices
· Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and changing requirements.
· Strong analytical thinking skills, using data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that aid in making informed business decisions.
