What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies targeting our audience, leveraging multiple growth areas: CRM, affiliates, SEO, ads, and more.
  • Drive retention and improve customer payback period by implementing strategies that enhance customer loyalty, increase repeat purchases, and optimize acquisition costs relative to customer lifetime value.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like SQL, campaign management platforms, and performance analysis software (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Manage MarTech integrations (CDP, CRM, personalization tools, etc.)
  • Strong focus on performance marketing efforts, with the goal of optimizing ad campaigns to achieve and exceed ROI targets across all platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok etc).
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5+ professionals and scale the team as the business grows.
  • Design and implement strategies to deepen consumer engagement, increase brand loyalty, and foster a sense of community, including loyalty programs, email marketing campaigns, and social media interactions.
  • Leverage customer data and insights to personalize marketing initiatives and communication, creating tailored experiences that foster long-term brand loyalty.


You’ll Be Great For This Role If:

  • 8+ years of experience in growth-focused roles, with significant expertise in paid media.
  • Critical thinker with an “Analyze first, act second” mindset
  • Data-driven work style and reasoning
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership experience in managing and scaling teams, combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Ambitious and driven, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
