QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Established in 1988 as a family company, Frimpeks continues its adventure in 9 different locations globally. We have production facilities and sales organizations set up in Türkiye, Germany, the UK, Russia, and the USA to reach and serve our global customers as fast as possible.

As a result of the intensive investment, more than 50% of our production reaches our global customers.

In line with its growth strategies, Frimpeks also continues its feasibility studies for the establishment of a new production base to provide a seamless customer experience to its customers in and around South East Asia.

With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, we are working very hard to provide the best service to many industries (i.e. Food and Beverage, Logistics and Transportation, Personal Care, Retail, Petroleum, Chemistry, Automotive, Furniture, Glass, Plastic, Packaging, and Digital Media, etc.) with a Self-Adhesive Label Stocks, Inks and Varnish (UV and Water-based), Digital Printing Materials, Adhesives (Water-based, Reactive Polyurethane Hotmelt), Industrial Coatings (Wood, Glass, and Plastic) and High-Performance Chemicals.

We are seeking to recruit an ” Export Sales Specialist” t o join our export sales team to grow our business globally.

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on B2B sales experience in overseas markets (Experience in Pressure Sensitive Labels, Narrow Web Printing Inks or Packaging sector is a plus.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer oriented mindset with good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated to follow-up customer inquiries and develop new business
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Flexibility for frequent travelling abroad
  • Being an active driver with a valid driving license.

Job Description :

  • Customer and lead management via CRM system
  • Performing proactively in the assigned territory to accomplish annual sales objectives
  • Prospecting for potential customers and identifying their technical and commercial needs
  • Preparing market and competitor analysis on the assigned territory.
  • Introducing new products to the market and communicating customer feedback with the technical team
  • Analyzing payment performance of the customers and managing company's risk exposure in the market
