Job Description:
Global Reporting and Analytics
· Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly global HR reports by extracting data from Hyperion and SAP, conducting analyses, and presenting findings to support decision-making.
· Extract, analyze, and present employee data (e.g., new hires, departures, turnover) from SAP and Hyperion after monthly financial closures, ensuring timely and structured reporting.
· Utilize people analytics to identify trends in employee data (e.g., turnover rates, performance metrics) and create data visualizations or dashboards for stakeholder presentations.
· Prepare reports on Turkey’s macroeconomic indicators six times a year, analyzing data on CPI, market research, and FX rates for management presentations.
· Generate ad hoc reports from SAP as required by various departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Compensation and Benefits Execution
· Execute the annual performance bonus budget and actual processes by collecting, validating, and analyzing data from global entities, performing calculations, and reporting outcomes.
· Manage the annual salary benchmark data submission process by coordinating with entities, submitting data to consultants (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer), and analyzing results to update salary data.
· Support the global annual salary increase and review process by preparing templates, incorporating market data, distributing to entities, and analyzing returned files.
· Contribute to the development and revision of global HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are comprehensive and adaptable to all entities.
· Leverage people analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation strategies, identify pay equity issues, and model different bonus or salary increase scenarios.
Budgeting and Forecasting
· Prepare bonus performance forecasts at specific intervals (e.g., 3+9, 6+6, 9+3) by gathering and analyzing data, collaborating with entities and finance teams.
· Prepare global summaries of the annual people budget items, including FTE (Full-time equivalent), HDC (Headcount), Promotions, and costs etc., ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
· Assist in the HR personnel budgeting process by providing data support and analysis for entity budget submissions.
Entity Integration and Support
· Provide operational support for integrating new entities (e.g., Indonesia) into global HR processes and systems, including salary reviews, bonus processes, and job grading.
· Assist in the completion of global surveys (e.g., Korn Ferry, WTW, Mercer) and prepare summary reports for management.
· Support the global job evaluation and grading exercise by collaborating with entities, collecting data, assisting in the evaluation process, and maintaining quarterly upkeep of grades in SAP.
Administrative Activities & Process Improvement
· Handle team expense claims and purchase processes using systems like Skyflow, SAP, SAS, and MIGO, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
· Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in data consolidation, reporting, and other operational tasks.
Qualifications:
· Good understanding of compensation and benefits practices.
· Experience with salary reviews, surveys, and job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay Group, Mercer, WTW).
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including creating data visualizations and dashboards.
· Ability to execute C&B processes independently on small to mid-level tasks and support larger initiatives.
· Knowledge of HR compliance and legal requirements related to C&B.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with global teams.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in English is must.
· Familiarity with job evaluation, benchmarking, and grading systems.
· Experience with C&B consulting firms (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer) is a plus, with Korn Ferry experience preferred.
· Experience in identifying automation opportunities and enhancing operational efficiency is advantageous.
