QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Infrastructure and System Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. If you’re someone who says “technology is my lifestyle”, always seeks innovation, and is eager to contribute to mission-critical systems, this role is for you.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, uninterrupted, and high-performance operation of our technology infrastructure — the backbone of our airport's critical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and secure both Windows and Linux operating systems,
• Manage daily system operations efficiently,
• Install and manage virtual and physical servers,
• Ensure 24/7 system uptime for services under your responsibility,
• Conduct server installations, configurations, patching, and periodic maintenance,
• Oversee and improve system backup processes,
• Ensure business continuity by testing and enhancing disaster recovery scenarios,
• Handle fault, problem, and change management processes,
• Manage and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments,
• Administer platforms such as Office 365, Azure, Amazon Web Services,
• Carry out performance, configuration, and capacity management,
• Ensure compliance with information security requirements,
• Coordinate with vendors and external resources to maintain and improve service and product quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferably a degree from Engineering faculties,
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience,
• Familiarity with data security operations and compliance frameworks,
• Good command of English (both written and verbal),
• Calm, composed, and competent under pressure,
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills,
• Strong project management skills,
• Highly communicative, responsible, and results-oriented,
• Disciplined in work and reporting, open to learning and self-development,
• Willingness to work in flexible and demanding environments,
• Knowledge of ITIL and service management processes,
• Hands-on experience with:

1. Windows Server roles and services
2. Linux OS administration
3. Server & Client architecture
4. Web servers (IIS, Apache, etc.)
5. Active Directory and Exchange services
6. Microsoft O365 platforms (incl. admin experience preferred)
7. Virtualization technologies, especially VMware
8. Cloud platforms: Azure, Office 365, AWS
9. Enterprise backup systems (Commvault preferred)
10. Storage and SAN networks
11. SQL databases (admin experience is a plus)
12. Basic understanding of network and security infrastructures
