QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DENZAY is an International Architecture and Engineering Company which produces top quality design, management and quality control services for international superstructure and infrastructure projects.
Denzay is looking for a creative and highly talented, dynamic team partner as Architect , for their design office in Ankara, with the responsibilities and qualifications listed below;
Responsibilities;
- Managing and coordinating architecture and engineering design projects.
- Participating in Architectural design projects.
- Coordination of other design disciplines like structural, electrical, mechanical etc.
- Coordination of subcontractor companies.
- Representing the company in international meetings.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned Engineering projects.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Review Engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Quality Control Review of design documents.
Qualifications;
- University degree in Architecture.
- Relevant work experience min 2 years in design and coordination of A&E projects, preferably international projects. MSc or PhD degrees would be an asset.
- Relevant work experience min 2 years in design and coordination of A&E projects, preferably international projects.
- Experience with international organizations and companies would be an asset.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Knowledge of international codes for the building design.
- Full command in recent architectural and engineering design software tools (AutoCAD and REVIT are must).
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel worldwide.
- A valid driver’s license.
