resumes its efforts in the international market with 12 headquarters spread across Germany, Turkey, India, the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Switzerland, and the United States of America as well as a steadily growing global business partner network.
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced " Global Partnership Representative " to join our team, working with Global Partnership Manager; building & taking growing our strategic partnerships on a global scale.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of international partners, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations, and making a substantial impact on our overall growth and success. The position will be located at our Istanbul office.
Qualifications;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & German.
- Hold a BA/BS degree from a prestigious university, with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or International Business,. A Master’s degree is a big plus.
- 2+ years of experience in technology fields, with a substantial portion in sales, marketing, business development, or partnership roles.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications in diverse business environments is a must.
- Possesses adept skills in business development, account management, and strategic business planning.
- Motivated, self-starter, who can work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment,
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of a robust global partnership strategy aligned with the company's overarching business goals, aimed at expanding the network of channel partners.
- Take part of the end-to-end process, support the identification, qualification, negotiations, and onboarding phases following the contract stage for all new global partners.
- Serve as an Account Manager for the existing partner portfolio spanning Europe and Asia.
- Collaborate in crafting comprehensive business plans, providing strategic guidance to partners for effectively promoting IAS products to potential clients.
- Conduct training sessions for partners on crafting client pricing and compelling proposals for prospective customers.
- Offer guidance to partners on meeting client requirements and facilitate sales support by coordinating resources to enhance their chances of securing deals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling products and services to existing partner firms, fostering growth within their client base.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration by engaging with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Consulting, and others at IAS, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach to achieving organizational objectives.
