What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Graduate from engineering or economic administrative sciences faculties.
  • Sales Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with experience in direct sales and dealer management.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and/or German.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office, SAP, and CRM tools.
  • Dynamic and Driven: Analytical, solution-oriented, and accustomed to thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for teamwork.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Male candidates must have completed military service.
  • Class B driver’s license with active driving skills.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build and Lead: Establish and manage our dealership network, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Drive success through effective contract negotiations, annual agreements, and collaborative campaigns.
  • Performance Focused: Regularly visit and monitor dealers to optimize performance and implement action plans.
  • Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities, analyze trends, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • End-User Engagement: Strengthen relationships with end-users through visits and tailored support.
  • Training and Support: Provide dealers with comprehensive product training and promotional resources to boost sales.
