We are looking for a " Training and Brand Standards Specialist/Assistant Specialist" with the following qualifications to be employed in the Training and Brand Standards Department of our company.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Delivering in-house standard training programs.
- Planning and coordinating the training operations process.
- Participating in the monitoring, measurement, and reporting of training activities.
- Actively contributing to all processes aimed at improving the operational standards of our brands.
- Conducting operational training visits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Keeping up to date with developments in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Open to learning, development, and a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and task management skills.
- No travel restrictions.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Preferably able to drive.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
- For male candidates, completion of military service.
