Your Tasks – What do You bring as R&D Project Leader EMEA?
Formulation & Product Development:
· Design, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments to develop and optimize new formulations and product prototypes.
· Conduct thorough literature reviews and patent searches to stay abreast of scientific advancements and industry best practices.
· Collaborate closely with global, cross-functional teams (e.g., technology application, supplier development, marketing, manufacturing) to ensure successful product launches.
Strategic R&D:
· Conceive and lead R&D projects, from initial concept to commercialization in cooperation with reporting manager.
· Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation.
· Translate customer needs and industry trends into innovative and commercially viable product solutions with support of the reporting manager
· Contribute to the development of long-term R&D strategies that support business growth and profitability.
· Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for intellectual property protection and create commercial advantages (patent applications).
Project Management & Execution:
· Manage R&D projects effectively, including planning, budgeting, and timely execution within defined timelines and resource constraints.
· Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to overcome technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
· Effectively communicate research findings and project progress through written reports, presentations, and technical publications.
· Lead and support R&D process and incentives with respect to R&D Legislation Law Number 5746.
Continuous Learning:
· Actively seek, utilize, and communicate knowledge through literature, practical experience, learning from others to enhance technical expertise and industry knowledge.
Safety & Compliance:
· Ensure all laboratory work is conducted in accordance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Your Profile – What You can expect as R&D Project Leader EMEA ?
- Ph.D in Chemistry (In organic, polymer, material or formulation chemistry) or a Master’s degree with experience in the industry
- Proven experience in formulation development and laboratory techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative& international team.
- Passion for innovation and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the organization.
- Fluent in oral and written English
- MS Office proficiency
