QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an open-minded, energetic team member to work on processes such as "Payroll, HR Systems, and Annual Employee Budget" for our company's facilities and factories located in Turkey, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and the USA, as part of our globally growing organization. (Payroll services for countries other than Turkey are outsourced.)
As a Global Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Within the scope of HR Digital transformation project, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP SF and Power BI/SAP Analytics Cloud project will start and to take an active role in this project,
- Reviewing payroll reports prepared by the Overseas payroll service provider,
- Performing necessary checks to ensure the integrity of overseas payroll data,
- Providing necessary payroll reports and analysis,
- Maintaining the completeness, accuracy and currency of employee data within the scope of the digital transformation project,
- Managing Turkey payroll together with Turkey payroll team,
- Ensure all payrolls are always delivered on time and with 100% accuracy,
- Preparing Payrolls and SGK Declarations,
- Ensuring that all legislation is adapted to the company in accordance with the Labor Law, Social Security Institution, İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) legislation and regulations,
- Providing necessary data regarding salaries and insurance programs.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance Departments of Universities or relevant departments,
- Minimum 2 years of payroll expertise,
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken (Mandatory),
- Advanced proficiency in SAP HR / SAP SF ,
- Knowledge of Turkish labour law, current social and tax regulations (Preferably),
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills,
- Military service completed (for male candidates).
