Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Reception Supervisor reporting to the Front Office Department to join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025.
Qualifications
• Preferably a graduate of a 4-year university (Tourism and Hotel Management)
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Fluent in at least one of the following languages: English, German, or Russian.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable, energetic, friendly, and presentable
• Focused on guest and employee satisfaction
• Values teamwork and has the ability to effectively implement it

Job Description
• Managing the daily workflow of the reception team and preparing work schedules
• Provide motivation and leadership to ensure the team works efficiently
• Supporting the reception team during busy periods and ensuring operations run smoothly
• Overseeing guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with hotel procedures
• Planning and supervising the preparation of guest rooms based on special requests or requirements
• Checking and verifying the accuracy of accounts transferred to the accounting department
• Ensuring guest payments and invoices are recorded correctly
• Regularly reviewing all front office reports and ensuring timely distribution to relevant departments
