We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate " Night Receptionist" to join our team.
Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Tourism and Hospitality programs,
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office and night shift operations,
- Proficient in Opera PMS and MS Office programs,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest satisfaction-oriented approach,
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and attentive to accuracy,
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills,
- Able to work in shifts and adapt to night work schedules,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed (if applicable).
Job Description
- Manage and execute all front office operations during the night shift,
- Carry out check-in and check-out procedures in line with hotel standards,
- Handle daily cash closure and prepare accurate night audit reports,
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and concerns,
- Suggest improvements to enhance guest satisfaction,
- Ensure the hotel’s night operations run smoothly, securely, and in a guest-focused manner.
