QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Group is the industry leader in the construction and turnkey delivery of large infrastructure projects. We have offices and construction sites all over the world.

Requirements:

• Work with and report daily to the Senior Architect/Technical Director
• Drafting comprehensive drawing sets from concept through to completion.
• Technical detailing & construction administration experience, with the ability to resolve design issues in a creative and pragmatic way by developing multiple design options that meet the project budget and design approach
• Strong ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
• Good conceptual and design skills, with aesthetic flair
• Communication, coordination and management of consultants, contractors, clients, regulatory agencies, and approving bodies to meet overall project objectives
• Ability to generate detailed 3D models to develop all parts of the changing design process: architectural and MEP.
• A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy

Essential skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian or Italian an advantage)
• Excellent ability in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD. Good Knowledge of: Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.) and Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite. Grasshopper and V-Ray is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of products, materials, zoning / building codes and construction methods in Kazakhstan is a plus.

Education:

University degree: Master’s degree, minimum requirement bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.

Work Experience:

In similar position for at least 5 years.
