Job Description
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and targets.
- Assist in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of new business opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
- Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings to promote our property's facilities and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to create customized proposals and packages tailored to meet the needs of clients.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Represent the Address Hotels & Resort brand with professionalism and integrity at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Provide leadership and support to junior members of the sales team as needed.
Qualifications
- · Excellent command over written and spoken English and Turkish.
- · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
- · Minimum of three years of experience in similar position in a luxury lifestyle brand
- · Knowledge of hotel/resort’s policies regarding reservations, discounts and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.
- · Familiar with various Hotel booking platforms, CRM, POS systems.
- · Proficient in MS Office.
- · Flexible with domestic and regional travel as required.
- · Great attention to details.
