Bagatelle, known for its vibrant French Mediterranean spirit, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Junior Sommelier to join our team at our stunning location in Yalıkavak Marina, Bodrum.
Position: Junior Sommelier
Location: Yalıkavak Marina, Bodrum
Employment Type: Full-time / Seasonal
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of the restaurant’s wine list
- Assist guests with wine pairing and selection, enhancing their dining experience
- Ensure professional and elegant wine service
- Monitor and manage wine inventory and assist in ordering
- Support internal wine training for service staff
Qualifications:
- Passion for wine and eager to grow in the field
- Formal sommelier training or prior wine service experience is preferred
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is a plus
- Good command of English (spoken)
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bodrum/Yalıkavak for the season
