We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate " Front Office Supervisor" to join our team.


Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of Tourism and Hospitality programs,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Proficient in Opera PMS and MS Office programs,
  • Always prioritizes guest satisfaction and aims to continuously improve service quality,
  • Strong leadership skills with proven success in team management and motivation,
  • Well-developed planning, organizational, and time management abilities,
  • Proactive in problem-solving and decision-making processes,
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate positively,
  • Flexible and able to work in a shift-based system,
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates.


Job Description

  • Manage room sales in line with Marriott International standards, contributing to maximum occupancy and revenue targets,
  • Respond to guest requests in a prompt, solution-oriented, and friendly manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction,
  • Monitor and continuously improve the service quality of the Front Office and Guest Relations teams,
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all front office processes,
  • Supervise and ensure flawless execution of reservation, check-in/check-out, and guest request procedures,
  • Coordinate operational processes such as room inspections, maintenance planning, and room inventory management,
  • Strengthen internal departmental communication and maintain well-structured workflows,
  • Identify training needs within the team and support continuous development through ongoing training programs,
  • Act as a mentor to team members during daily operations, creating a positive and motivated work environment.
