General Qualifications
- Associate degree graduate from relevant university departments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Guest Relations Manager position.
- Proficiency in Russian (Good).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease.
- Proven track record of managing guest relations in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all guest relations activities to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Train and mentor staff on guest service standards and procedures.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and other guest areas to interact with guests and address their needs.
- Organize and manage special events and VIP guest services.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
