QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Manager to join our team in the Tourism / Hospitality sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service. As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing guest interactions, addressing concerns, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills to create memorable experiences for our guests.



General Qualifications
  • Associate degree graduate from relevant university departments.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Guest Relations Manager position.
  • Proficiency in Russian (Good).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease.
  • Proven track record of managing guest relations in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all guest relations activities to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
  • Train and mentor staff on guest service standards and procedures.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and other guest areas to interact with guests and address their needs.
  • Organize and manage special events and VIP guest services.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
