What Are the Qualifications We Expect?
- University Degree from Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 2-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and/or automation department
- PLC & Automation system knowledge and experience is essential. (Especially Siemens Simatic Manager S7)
- Having basic knowledge of AC and servo drives
- Having basic knowledge of electrical instruments on site
- Familiar with maintenance methods like planned maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and TPM
- Good project management skills to deliver projects on time,
- Good level of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Good level of planning and organization skills and industrial communication infrastructures
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities,
- Strong problem solving mindset,
- Proven ability to work within a collaborative team environment and guidance to team members.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul,
What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
- All automation oriented projects and renovation duties inside the whole facility
- Establishment of planned maintenance schedules and validation of maintenance activities so that all items have been done as planned
- Close support to and cooperation with Electrical Maintenance Department
- Performing the necessary spare parts management for all automation oriented works
- To define automation oriented investment, upgrade and revisions for current and future periods; design with the feasibility; report to management regarding execution
- Following innovative technologies & solutions and applying the know-how into automation projects, carrying out the development of studies.
- Planning to the procurement of internal and external services and materials needed for automation related activities and to ensure the necessary coordination for the procurement
- Planning and performing the necessary maintenance activities in order to keep the facilities and machines within the scope of their duties ready for production
