QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and driving revenue growth. General Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Tele Sales Manager position.
  • Proficiency in Turkish (Native) and English (Advanced).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales operations and process optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • In-office working type.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize sales processes and improve sales efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in telesales and customer service.
