In Turkey, vivo has been actively operating for over five years. In 2021, the company solidified its commitment to the local market by establishing a production facility in the Gebze Güzeller Organized Industrial Zone.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, monitoring legal obligations, maintaining strong employee communication, and supporting various HR operations. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate tracking of attendance and payroll calculations,
- Managing all payroll processes, including timely execution and follow-up of SGK (Social Security Institution), İŞKUR, private pension (BES), health insurance, and garnishment procedures and payments,
- Preparing and maintaining up-to-date personnel files,
- Following up legal garnishments and ensuring timely payments,
- Drafting legal correspondence and managing communication with official institutions,
- Supporting recruitment processes (job postings, interviews, onboarding, etc.),
- Planning and organizing employee training programs,
- Facilitating internal employee communication and contributing to employee satisfaction efforts,
- Ensuring complete and accurate reporting to the Finance and Financial Management departments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from related departments,
- 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources,
- Strong knowledge and experience in payroll, attendance, SGK, BES, legal obligations, and garnishment processes,
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory),
- Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably familiar with HR software,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused,
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.



Factory Location: Kocaeli - Gebze

Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Working type: Onsite - In the factory

Shuttle route : Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Istanbul (Anatolian side) on the e-5 route
