- Preferably have knowledge of SAP
- Have good communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable to flexible working hours
- No restriction to travel locally / internationally
- Residing or able to reside in Kocaeli
- Being an active driver

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Working with the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department
- Managing the budget of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs monthly and annually
- Following the in-department purchasing processes
- Organize office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Assist with the preparation and management of company documents and reports
- Carrying out works related to the Administrative Affairs Department (Security, Shuttle Bus Cafeteria, Cleaning etc.)
- Following the in-department invoice approval and registration processes
- Assist with the implementation and improvement of administrative procedures and systems
- Organize social activities and events
