About MIDA

About MIDA ISTANBUL
Manages and undertakes investment promotion programs and activities to promote foreign investments in the manufacturing and services sectors from Turkiye and Central Asia into Malaysia.
Main Job Responsibilities
- To perform and undertake all relevant official administration tasks and other official duties
- To manage the filing system and filing all related documents
- Preparing and maintaining office account, related payment and financial records
- Assisting in the preparation for the seminars, briefings, meetings, translation, etc. and carrying out all other errands or work as required by MIDA
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in the relating fields or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Fluent in English and Turkish, both verbal and written
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other relevant tools
- Good interpersonal and social media skills
- Responsible, dedicated, has integrity, willing to work overtime and weekends as well as travelling if required
- A citizen of Türkiye or hold a valid resident permit
Gross Salary
USD 1,135.00 / month
