We are looking for a detail-oriented team member to manage order processing, tracking, and customer communication for our online shops on marketplaces and our website.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in English at B2 level (only writing)
- Customer support will be in English only.
- Proficiency in using electronic trading systems and dashboards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Job Description:
- Reviewing, approving, and properly processing incoming orders through the system. (Excel)
- Ensuring orders are delivered to customers accurately and on time.
- Resolving customer inquiries or issues related to orders (e.g., address updates, replacements, refunds, delays).
- Tracking product information, order statuses, and inventory up to date on e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy).
- Analyzing order processes (e.g., delivery times, error rates) and providing reports to management.
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via ticket, email, or chat
- Providing information about products or services, and resolving any product or service-related issues
- Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service
