Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant field,
- Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
- Proficient in written and spoken English,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Preferably familiar with DCS (Departure Control System) and iPort systems,
- Experienced in statistical data analysis and reporting,
- Strong analytical thinking, evaluation skills,
- Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and solution-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow up all DCS installation and transaction processes between Freebird Airlines, DCS providers, and ground handling companies,
- Manage DCS transactions on a flight basis and coordinate system implementation projects for new airports,
- Provide technical support to users (especially at check-in points) and resolve any operational issues,
- Coordinate and monitor PNRGOV, API, and CREW API data transmission processes with the relevant countries,
- Correspond with Civil Aviation Authorities and border security units in countries where operations have started or will start,
- Monitor and report operational data related to DCS transactions and take necessary actions,
- Report and follow up on any system-related technical issues with the relevant departments,
- Participate in projects and support system enhancements.
