We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Monitoring Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT monitoring tools and IT support roles, along with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT monitoring team to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of monitoring tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on monitoring tools and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on monitoring activities. Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in IT monitoring tools and IT support roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with various IT monitoring tools and technologies.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Splunk, Zabbix, Datadog, and Icinga.
