Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate from a relevant department of the university,
- Min. 3 years of experience in similar jobs,
- Experienced in installation, management, and troubleshooting on Windows Server and Linux systems
- Proficient in setting up and configuring web servers such as IIS, Apache, and Nginx
- Skilled in using monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Grafana
- Basic knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL (PSQL)
- Able to work in a 7/24 shift schedule
- Fluent in English
- No travel restrictions, domestically or internationally
- Residing in Istanbul, preferably on the European side
- Capable of reporting, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Working in harmony and coordination with the team with strong communication skills,
Job Description
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation services,
- Notify relevant departments when hardware or software issues cannot be resolved,
- Ensure the necessary records are entered into the service management software and follow up on the resolution of technical issues and requests,
- Ensure proper tracking of inventory,
- Fulfill user requests within the SLA (Service Level Agreement),
- Address user account and email requests on Office 365.
