We are looking for a Financial Affairs Department Assistant for our company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform inventory and fixed asset related tasks in required intervals.
- Assist with audit process by gathering inputs from other departments and being responsible with first point of Contact in Audits leaded by Local or Global.
- Updating and Circulating Monthly and Quarterly reports sent from Head Office located in India.
- Gathering, consolidating, reporting, and/or translating related documents to support activities of CFO.
- Taking responsibility in several projects simultaneously and working closely with CFO.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Accounting or Audit background is an asset
- Preferably min. 2 years or more experience in Big Four Audit / Consultancy Firms
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken- Position requires active English skills)
- Proficiency with MS Office
