Which competences do we expect?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in information technologies and information security
- Experience with information security solutions , including:
- SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)
- NDR (Network Detection and Response)
- DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
- Firewall management (Checkpoint preferred)
- NAC (Cisco ISE)
- EDR/XDR (Trend Micro Vision One)
- Basic knowledge of OT (Operational Technology) environments and security considerations for industrial networks (e.g., segmentation, PLC security, SCADA isolation)
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 :2013/2022 standard , audit management, and policy/procedure creation
- Experience in network security administration (Cisco switching/routing, VLANs, access control)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating system hardening
- Capable of conducting and supporting security awareness training programs for end users
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and risk-based decision-making ability
- Fluent in English , both written and spoken
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ , CEH , ISO/IEC 27001 LA , Cisco CCNA Security , or Checkpoint CCSA are a plus
- Male candidates must have completed military service
What will be your responsibilities and duties?
- Operate and monitor information security tools, including SIEM, NDR, DLP, EDR/XDR, NAC, and firewalls
- Support and coordinate ISO/IEC 27001 internal and external audits, including documentation and corrective action management
- Maintain and update information security policies, procedures, and technical controls
- Deliver and manage end-user cybersecurity awareness trainings
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and logs through the SIEM platform, investigate and escalate incidents
- Manage firewall rules, ensure secure access, and follow up on network and endpoint security alerts
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and support mitigation planning
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to implement security best practices
- Provide support in securing OT environments by ensuring proper segmentation between IT/OT networks, supporting OT asset inventory efforts, and collaborating with relevant teams
- Document and manage security incidents, coordinate incident response efforts, and prepare reports
- Stay informed on evolving cyber threats and recommend proactive measures
- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery processes
