GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager (contract-based) for our global business partner operating in the beverage production sector and located in Şişli.


Job Description:

  • Execute the People & Culture strategy by serving as an HR business partner to assigned functional and regional stakeholders.
  • Champion our people first culture throughout the employee life cycle, including: recruitment, development, performance and talent management, engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Ensure uniform and equitable application of organizational policies and procedures including investigation and resolution of employee issues, if applicable.
  • Engage regularly with teams to create a positive and productive employee relations environment.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations issues to ensure proper process and follow-up actions are completed.
  • Partner with global centers of excellence to deliver key initiatives across, Learning and Development, Total Rewards and Workforce Planning & Recruiting.


Qualifications:

  • University graduation in the relevant field,
  • Advanced English language proficiency,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR executing against people and culture organizational priorities, with knowledge across multiple disciplines, including compensation, organizational design, diversity, performance management and employee relations,
  • Consistent evidence of ability to exercise good judgment, discretion and maturity in responding to requests for data, resolving problems and to effectively handle confidential information and materials,
  • Demonstrated ability to provide coaching and counseling on sensitive employee, leader and organization issues,
  • Advanced computer skills with current, or ability to quickly build, proficiency of Google G Suite [Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Mail], Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and other software, as needed,
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, coaching and influencing skills,
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
