JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the full-time team.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct orientation for new team members.
- Define the team's objectives in line with organizational goals and develop strategies accordingly.
- Foster strong communication within the team and ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure customer service standards remain high and continually look for ways to improve.
- Conduct monthly staff appraisals for team members and create progress plans.
- Listen to sample calls, evaluate them, and provide feedback.
- Regularly report on progress and performance, providing insights to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a team leader who meets the following criteria and is eager to embrace breakthrough innovations in the call center industry with us:
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (no compulsory attendance).
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
