QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
A Marketing Executive will be recruited in our company office to be evaluated in Yeşilköy, Istanbul our company specializes in grain milling and food processing sector.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administrative ets. Marketing Master’s degree is a plus,
- Min 5-6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing and/or preferably B2B Marketing positions or equivalent,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English,
- Eager to teamwork and strong interpersonal skills for communication,
- Curious personality, information seeking, willing to learn more, has a high self awareness skill.
- Strong analytical skills and passion to drive business growth, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset,
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and set accurate priorities,
- Have previously used any CRM tool or have a general knowledge about these tools
- No military obligation for male candidates,
What will we do together?
- Support for all kind of marketing communication activities (BTL, online, offline etc.) in coordination with the agencies,
- Researching and analyzing the international markets, competitors and strategic data to provide the market foresight and to create reports based on the data for the different markets,
- Developing creative and high-quality communications materials and contents for international sectoral magazines, mass mailings, press releases, newsletters, brochures as well as presentations and the other online & offline materials,
- Planning and implementing digital marketing strategies that are targeted relevant and timely across the entire customer experience to increase customer awareness, engagement, acquisition, and conversion (SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, display and search ads)
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
- Developing and coordinate content for website, articles,videos,email campaigns, webinars, and virtual events
- Creating contents for social media posts in English in coordination with the agencies and to develop new ideas and projects for the social media platforms, regularly monitoring the metrics of the social media platforms,
- To help to organize local and global fairs, conferences, events etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in multinational business environment,
- Experience in preparation/execution of annual marketing plan and budget management,
- Experience in BTL, online and offline communication channels and preparing annual media planning,
- Experience in all the 3rd party relations ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Event agencies,
- Experience in creation, production of brochures, catalogues etc. and media buying,
- Experience in organizing the exhibitions, trade fairs and meetings,
- Experience in following-up and managing digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Data Studio, Social Media reports etc.
