QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Merzigo is currently looking for a dynamic Senior HRBP to join their fast-growing company. As a vital member of the team, the HRBP will be responsible for forming partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that align with the organization's business objectives.

Position: Senior HRBP

Location: Etiler, Istanbul

Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities

Developing and implementing human resources strategies aligned with business strategies.

Ensuring effective communication and relationship management between managers and employees.

Developing and implementing staff development programs.

Conducting productivity analyses and reporting.

Carrying out internal communication activities.

Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Managing initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty.

Updating and implementing human resources policies and procedures.

Performs effective case management of people-related issues



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP in a dynamic environment

Excellent written and spoken English.

Excellent understanding of Turkish labor laws and regulations.

Ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
