Company Overview
We are a well-established logistics company with head office in Cambridgeshire, UK and branches in Istanbul, Bursa, Izmir cities in Turkey. Our main services include customs clearance and transportation between Turkey and UK/Ireland.
We are looking for a English speaking account supervisor to join our friendly team. Minimum Advance Level of English Required .

Working hours Monday – Friday 0800-1700 (UK Time) (summer TR time 10:00-19:00, winter TR Time 11:00 - 20:00)
MS Office products - good knowledge needed
SIBER - Logistics software knowledge is +
Key Skills & Behaviours
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on payroll processes and International Logistics
- Advanced Microsoft office skillset (especially EXCEL)
- Results oriented with good problem solving skills
- No military obligation (for male candidates)

The Role
- Data entry of sales and purchase ledgers
- Monthly reconciliation of bank and petty cash accounts
- Month end agreement of control accounts
- Monthly supplier payments
- Provide monthly customer statements
- Credit control as required
- Monthly management accounts
- Maintain cash flow spreadsheet
- Maintain sales forecasts spreadsheet
- Ensure all visitors are welcomed
- Sign for all deliveries and notify recipients of their arrival
- Provide general admin and office support to the team when required

Manages Euroturk HR information systems (IDENFIT)

Executes payroll activities by working with outsource payroll company

Responds to payroll related queries from employees

Follows up processes related to Employee Relations

Monitors all HR metrics/KPIs and prepares monthly HR reports

Manages the process with suppliers related to subcontracted employees

Expatriate management

Tracks the progress of HR system updates regarding training process

Assists in reporting for internal use/ government/ compliance
