We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst to work in NAOS Turkey Office located in Maslak, İstanbul.
Qualifications
- +3 years of experience in CRM systems, data management and website management
- Experience in managing technical aspects of e-commerce platforms and coordinating with external vendors or agencies
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with deep knowledge of SQL and CRM analytics tools
- Proven project management abilities and experience in gathering and defining business requirements
- Proven collaboration and clear communication skills within cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Results-driven and delivery-focused approach
Job Description
- Manage development and maintenance activities on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
- Manage the technical operations of the e-commerce website and coordinate with third-party agencies for technical transitions, platform migrations, and major updates when required
- Monitoring project processes, coordinating teams in line with project timelines, and managing communication and follow-up with external agencies
- Responsible for performing manual tests and verifying the compliance of deliverables during CRM and website migration projects
- Create and manage workflows within the CRM system
- Handle customization and modification of CRM forms
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics application modules and work on them when necessary
- Actively contributes to writing SQL queries and managing database-related tasks
- Monitor and report on loyalty programs and marketing campaigns aimed at end-users and/or dealers
- Possess experience in 3rd party integration solutions within CRM environments
- Participate in analysis, design, and development activities for all CRM processes
- Bring experience in project management and tracking of development processes
