QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources Specialist/Supervisor is responsible for carrying out the recruitment and termination processes of the personnel in accordance with the procedures and legislation of the institution he/she works for. He/she tracks the salaries and leaves of the personnel, processes the data into the relevant systems and performs other duties assigned to him/her by the manager he/she reports to.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other software
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good level of English language skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Job Description
The Human Resources Specialist/Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Controlling employee documents,
- Carrying out the creation and updating of personnel files,
- Recording personnel permissions and reports to the system and reporting them to the relevant manager,
- Following up on issues related to disciplinary processes,
- Preparing daily and monthly attendance record of personnel, checking signature record or PDKS records
- Providing/checking the provision of uniforms and lockers for employees,
- Knowing the personnel entry and exit procedures in accordance with the laws and regulations,
- Determining the personnel needs of the institution with the human resources department and arranging job advertisements,
- Providing communication with candidates,
- Conducting reference checks of positive candidates,
- Taking part in the orientation and on-the-job process of new personnel,
- Supporting the processes with official institutions such as SGK and Employment Agency,
- Conducting the control and follow-up of occupational safety and legal procedures,
- Following up on the accommodation processes of employees,
