QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Contribute to the design and execution of leadership development programs.
•Work closely with stakeholders to prepare, develop, and coordinate training events.
•Support continuous needs analysis, training improvements, and additional training projects as needed.
•Facilitate employee onboarding by designing and conducting orientation and training programs.
•Assist in internal People and Culture projects.
•Monitor and support talent programs.
•Develop, assess, and deliver training sessions for both new and current employees, including department heads and managers.
•Gather and analyze training evaluations, compiling summary reports based on participant feedback.
•Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the training budget.
•Coordinate internal communication processes by collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
•Prepare quarterly, annual, or ad-hoc reports related to training and development programs.
Requirements:
•0-2 years of experience in talent management and development processes (preferred).
•Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent presentation skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented and a strong team player.
