QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferably Industrial Engineering),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills,
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with effective communication,
- No travel restrictions,
- Preferably residing in Adana.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Production Planning Engineer for our corrugated board and packaging plant in Adana . The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining production schedules in alignment with customer demands,
- Optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times based on demand,
- Managing the corrugator plan,
- Closely collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans and resolving any bottlenecks,
- Planning and reporting the master production schedule considering capacity constraints, line loading, and customer order deadlines,
- Coordinating with Procurement to ensure material availability,
- Monitoring production progress and revising plans and dispatch dates when necessary,
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Sales, and Production, to align with overall business objectives,
- Participating in local and regional projects,
- Taking part in inventory counting activities (periodic and year-end counts) and internal & external audits.
