QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Customer Services Agent to join our Quality & Customer Services team in Türkiye. The role will report to the Quality & Customer Services Manager and must be a team player who will ensure that the requests from the hotels and customers are managed.
General Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English skills are requested
- Apart from that you will need a B Category driver's licence
- Also, be able to organize the workday according to priorities and have a basic knowledge of Hotels in Türkiye, Complaint handling and UKs Health & Safety Regulations.
- We need well organized and stres resistend team members, who are able to answer hotel complaints and check Hotels on Spot
- Have at least 2 years of experience in tourism and similar pozition (preferably experience in travel agencies)
- University graduate
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- The principle of customer satisfaction, and the ability to solve problems within a customer satisfaction
- Self Improvement in stress management.
- Good dictation and good communication skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with people across all departments
- Customer-oriented and communicative personality with a structured, reliable way of working
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to solve problems within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Suitable for teamwork
- Based in Antalya
Job Description
The Consumer Services Agent will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing improvements as needed
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills

Answering written complaints of holiday makers. and making H&S checks in hotels all over Türkiye, in form of a written survey and on Spot.
