Description;
- Implementing the sales strategy within the region in line with company policies and objectives and ensure that the dealer is guided in line with these strategies and necessary measures are taken within the period by making relevant evaluations
- Realizing the targets (unit, turnover, stock and profitability) of the region
- Planning the optimum stock level of the dealer and taking into account the current stock level and the orders from the dealer
- Implementing the campaign and ensure that the dealer is executing
- Following up the performance of dealer regularly and support them to develop
- Carrying out the collection process and ensure that the payment is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications;
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering departments
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Native-level proficiency in Turkish
- Strong analytical and problem solving & negotiation skills, communication skills and high sense of responsibility
- Advance knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Excel
