General Qualifications
- Opera knowledge preferred
- English(Must) and other languages knowledge preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Description
The responsibilities of a receptionist include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Managing the reception area and maintaining a tidy and presentable workspace
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with other clerical duties as needed
