After Sales Key Account Manager
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our After Sales Services team, reporting directly to the After Sales Director. This role is responsible for managing the aftersales operations of our key customers in Türkiye, in collaboration with regional Ascendum branches and sub-dealers. The position focuses on coordination, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction while supporting long-term business growth through service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact point for key account customers, coordinating with regional branches and sub-dealers to ensure timely and sustainable solutions.
- Manage and implement customer-specific agreements, including special pricing and commercial terms, upon approval of the CST Director.
- Monitor and support the resolution of technical issues and warranty claims, ensuring full customer communication throughout the process.
- Oversee service contracts and extended warranty programs, including pricing and coordination.
- Conduct regular customer visits to project sites and headquarters, identifying training and service development needs.
- Evaluate regional service capacity (staffing, tools, vehicles) and report improvement needs.
- Analyze how service delivery will be managed at customer sites and support implementation of optimal solutions.
- Share machine performance reports with customers and recommend follow-up actions.
- Define and follow up on customer payment terms and limits, manage DBS agreements, and coordinate with Finance for credit adjustments.
- Support spare parts and labor sales growth through data-driven analysis and proactive collaboration with parts teams.
- Communicate potential equipment needs to the machine sales department.
Qualifications & Competencies
- University degree, preferably in Engineering
- 10 years of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years of after sales business especially in construction equipment, automotive, heavy machinery sectors; key account customers’ responsibilities experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
